Back in December 2010 I attended the News Rewired event at Microsoft HQ in Victoria. I was quite impressed by a presentation delivered by Anthony Thornton from IPC so here it is in all it’s glory.
Some very sensible points about building up a community from scratch – namely, you’ve got to put the time in!
Who said quality journalism was dead? Thought this was rather cheeky. NME splashes ‘first UK interview in years’ over front cover only to serve up rather old interview from davidbowie.com website. Talk about destination disappointment, but then again I’m sure this will not bother the majority of Arctic Monkeys or Peter Doherty acolytes that currently subscribe to the mag.
