MEET STEVE
I am a UK-based SEO consultant specialising in News SEO, Content Strategy and AI-Search optimisation.

Altogether, I have over 20 years managing digital content teams across a wide variety of different industries - helping brands and publishers to shape their editorial proposition as well as helping them to navigate our new zero-click search environment.
I also currently Co-Chair the Journalism Advisory Board.for the Association of Publishers.

I started my career as a music journalist, working for a national student website before landing a sweet gig at Universal Music reviewing chart releases and interviewing bands. I then moved into the Further Education sector, starting my own website consultancy business to assist the AoC. Then, it was back into the music again with Ministry of Sound where I managed their digital department as Head of Internet.
Fast forward five years and I was leading the Entertainment desk for MSN UK before joining Global at their Head of Editorial in 2014.​
